Chippenham Chippenham station forecourt Again within a historic context, in this case a station building reputed to have been designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. The forecourt is a multi-transport interchange. Designs for the forecourt had to be capable of practical, efficient and comfortable use by passengers and act as a suitable and enhancing foreground to the historic buildings. The completed scheme won an economic regeneration award for design and innovative implementation. |
